My first guess (without seeing you FatFs configuration) is going to be that you haven't enabled Long File Names (LFS). As such FatFs is only configured to work with 8.3 filenames. These can only be 8 characters long. As such "F7FILE2.TXT" isn't being handled properly. To enable LFS you should set FF_USE_LFN = 1. Each layer uses the interfaces provided by the layer below it. LPCOpen packages are provided for the IAR, Keil and NXP's own free LPCXpresso tools, and target popular off the shelf development boards from Embedded Artists , NGX and Keil. Many of the packaged examples use FreeRTOS. The series of walk through steps available on this website. FatFs license BSD/GNU GPL. Virtual Serial Port access through microUSB with VT100 terminal/shell (compatible with any hardware supporting USB Virtual Serial port).

Exactly as you would on other platforms. Open the file for append. The f_open() function has a FA_OPEN_APPEND flag, which makes subsequent f_write() functions to append data at the end of the file.. Move the file pointer to the end of the file. If the file can't be opened in append mode (e.g. when existing data must be accessed first), then you can set the file pointer. I'm trying to run fatfs example in sdk. I only changed the spi pin numbers. What is wrong with that? * @defgroup fatfs_example_main main.c * @{ * @ingroup fatfs_example * @brief FATFS Example Application main file. * * This file contains the source code for a sample application using FAT filesystem and SD card library. The FatFs module is written in compliance with ANSI C (C89) and completely separated from the disk I/O layer. Therefore it is independent of the platform. It can be incorporated into small microcontrollers with limited resource, such as 8051, PIC, AVR, ARM, Z80, 78K and etc. Features Windows compatible FAT/exFAT file system. Platform independent.

This project is based on the freescal's(FSL) MC9S12XEP100 MCU,and I add the FATFS to the project。 - FATFS-XEP100/LICENSE at master · qxc2016/FATFS-XEP100. NXP Employee. Content originally posted in LPCWare by wmues on Mon Oct 01 02:27:55 MST 2012. Using fatfs on NOR flash will not work. a) fatfs has no wear leveling. b) fatfs lacks the concept of erase blocks. The SST39VF3201 has an erase block size of 4KBytes, which is more than the 512 Bytes FAT sector size. 0 Kudos. python-fatfs. Project ID: 36551644. ff.c FatFs module. ffconf.h Configuration file of FatFs module. ff.h Common include file for FatFs and application module. diskio.h Common include file for FatFs and disk I/O module. diskio.c An example of glue function to attach existing disk I/O module to FatFs. ffunicode.c Optional Unicode utility functions. The command strings can arrive by serial port or can be read from files on the SD card. The interpreter reads commands round robin fashion from up to 10 open files and uses each file's position pointer as a virtual "program counter" so that such commands as ONGOTO, GOSUB, GOTO etc. have been quite easily implemented. My problem is, that the f_mount function gives me a "FR_OK" but in the next step I can't open a file with f_open . I located the problem by debugging step by step. It's in the ff.c file of the FatFs lib. res = find_volume (&path, &fs, mode); At this point the program stops. jumping into the function the problem is following line.
